How can I pay for a course registration?

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Cheque*
  • eTransfer*

*For cheque and eTransfer payments please contact us to arrange.  Note that your course registration will not be reserved until payment is received in full.

We do not accept international wire transfers.

Can you offer the course at my location?

Yes! We can offer the standard courses at your location to a group of individuals, or work with you to build a more customized course specific to your organization. Please contact us for more details.

 

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion after I take one of your courses?

Yes, a Certificate of Completion will be provided to those who have completed a ClickInsight Course.

Do I need a promotional code to get any of the ‘Early Bird’ discounts?

No. For your convenience, all pricing discounts are automatically applied upon checkout. You can refer to the specific course pages for regular pricing:

I registered for an account but I get an error message when I try to log in.

Your account will only be created upon the completion of your first purchase. If you do not complete a purchase following your account set up, you will have to re-complete these steps when you are ready to make your first purchase.

What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

If you are unsatisfied with our in-classroom analytics training courses you can request a refund before the end of day on the 2nd day of the course.  We will ask for your feedback and reasons.

Can I re-schedule or cancel my course registration?

In the event that you are unable to attend, a substitute attendee may be sent.  You may also re-schedule and take the course at a later date if available.  Please notify ClickInsight of any changes as soon as possible.

A full refund of the registration fee less a 5% administration fee will be provided upon cancellation, if received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the course. If cancellation is received within 10 business days of the course start, a full refund less a 15% administration fee will apply.

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the course?

Yes, please bring your laptop and power cord.  Wifi will be available for use.

How does the catered lunch work if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Attendees will be provided with lunch and snack items on both days of the courses. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we ask that you please advise us in advance so we can ensure that there are appropriate food items for you.

    • Public Transit:  Exit the Islington Subway Station and take the tunnel under Islington Avenue to the ‘Bloor Islington Place’.  Buses from both TTC and Mississauga Transit service the Islington Subway Station.
    • Parking:  Underground at any of the Parking Garage entrances for 3250 to 3300 Bloor Street West or park at a GreenP lot nearby.

Are there any prerequisites for the in-class training?

Google Analytics Course:
Beginners may take this course but could feel overwhelmed if this would be your very first exposure to Google Analytics.  We highly recommend beginners take advantage of Google’s free training.  If you have never logged into Google Analytics, we recommend you take the first two modules of the Google Analytics for Beginners course, (approximate time: 2-4 hours)

What are group and individual coaching sessions all about?

Google Analytics is best learned through the experience of “doing it”.  You will have additional questions after this course once you begin using your new skills. Therefore, we offer coaching packages to help keep you moving along with your learning:

  • Silver Package – Group Coaching
  • Gold Package – Individual Coaching.

Coaching sessions are 1 hour web conferences and typically occur 1 week after the classroom session to take advantage of what you have just learned in the course.  The sessions are recorded and made available to participants.

Do individual coaching sessions expire?

Individual coaching sessions expire 6 weeks after the course date.  We encourage you begin working hands-on in Google Analytics as soon as possible and to schedule your individual session 1-2 weeks after the course has finished, so you have time to practice and build your list of questions.
