In-House Advantage Best Practices Assessment™
- What are your online goals? Who is your target audience? What are current processes and practices?

- With your organization's goals in mind, we will assess current state against best practices.
- As a result of this comprehensive assessment, we will identify gaps and recommend strategies to close the gaps and achieve your goals.
In-House Advantage Success Action Plan™
- Having completed the Assessment, strategies have been identified. In this phase, we work with your team to sketch out an implementable, staged action plan.
- The deliverable is an action plan, including process, organizational roles, skills and technology requirements.
- Where the search marketing or analytics work was previously outsourced, a transition plan will be recommended. In certain situations, some elements may continue to remain outsourced. However, in-house management of these outsourced elements will be executed with greater confidence.
In-House Advantage Success Training™

To build in-house capability, we provide progressive process and tactical training in unpaid search engine optimization, paid search campaign creation and management and/or online analytics.

Training occurs over a number of weeks.

Participants will practice new learnings by optimizing a section of their organization's website, creating a live paid search campaign or analyzing their organization's analytics data.

Technical training in Google Analytics is provided by ClickInsight. For any other web analytics package, we recommend seeking vendor-supported training (e.g. Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst, WebTrends, NetInsight or Coremetrics)
